Cancellation and Refunds

Debo Labs plans are prepaid digital access. Please read this before you buy.

Cancellation

Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends on its last day and you keep the labs you finished and your certificates. You can buy again whenever you like; new months are added to the end of what you have.

Refunds

• Within 7 days, if unused: ask for a refund within 7 days of paying. If you have not opened any paid lab or quiz with that payment, you get the full amount you paid back.
• After that, or once used: we do not refund a plan or track whose paid content you have opened, or after the 7 days.
• A mistake on our side: if you were charged twice, or charged and your plan was not activated, we fix it or refund the extra or full amount, whenever you tell us.
• Vouchers: a refund is of the amount you actually paid after the voucher, never more. Access given free by an administrator has nothing to refund.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to support@deboistech.in from your account's email address with the date and the payment reference. We reply within a few working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through the payment service and usually reaches your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
